The event aims to recognise the impact, innovation and excellence of the marketing profession worldwide, while offering an inspiring space to reflect on the future of the industry.

Event Highlights

The programme will include key insights from EMC’s Marketing Agenda 2026, presented by Ralf Strauss, Chairman of EMC, outlining the top priorities for this year, the actions that can drive success and the common mistakes organisations should avoid.

It will also feature the announcement of the EMC Lifetime Achievement Award 2026, recognising an outstanding contribution to the global marketing profession.

The event will conclude with a panel discussion with top European marketing leaders on the future of the CMO role, winning strategies for 2026 and the balance between creativity, performance and technology. The panel will feature César Romera, Top 10 Best European CMO 2026 (Spain) and Marketing Director of the team that won last year’s Best Marketing Team award at the Premios Nacionales de Marketing by AMKT, alongside Laurence Herbert, CMO at Puratos; Sérgio Leal, former CMO at McDonald’s Portugal; and Vaida Jurkonienė, Head of Marketing and Communications at Telia. The conversation will be moderated by Ralf Strauss.
